I am Ms. Gwynn and I am the Instructional Technology Specialist at Kerr High School.
I obtained my B.S.in Education from the University of Texas at Austin. My teaching fields are Science Education, Exercise Science, Economics and Technology Applications. I later obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston. |

As the Instructional Technology Specialist, I am responsible for instruction in new forms of technology as they are introduced to the school. I am sometimes called the "tech specialist" or the "tech person". I make sure that the hardware and software in the building is functioning the way it should and I report any problems in these areas to tech services. I take delivery of new computers and am involved in purchasing other technology equipment in the school. I work on projects such as setting up videoconferencing programs and teacher webpage setup.
Our teachers have the use of technology such as multimedia projectors, a Smart Board, desktop computers and laptops.
