| Videoconferencing |

| Kerr High School has a technology lab where students are able to participate in video conferencing. A video conference allows people to watch live audio and video presentations and participate in them. In this way students can communicate with other schools and collaborate on projects without leaving their own campus. Some of these conferences include heart and knee surgery through COSI as well as chatting with people that work in many different career fields. |

| Technology Applications, Webmastering and Computer Science |

We have a Technology Applications Program where students can learn Digital Graphics and Animation, Video Production and Editing as well as other multimedia applications.
Webmastering students use HTML and Java scripting to produce websites.
Computer Science students learn computer programming with empahsis on data structures and problem solving. |

| Electronic Media |
|
| Housed in the Art Department, students create original works of art by drawing and painting through electronic media. Students have the opportunity to transfer original works of art through various electronic scanning methods. Students learn a variety of art software programs. The students build a visual electronic portfolio throughout the course. |
